All prices, availability, inclusions, timelines, and service conditions are subject to confirmation at the time of booking or application. Orbit travel & tours reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or revise offers where required.
Where online or card payments are enabled, payments may be accepted through approved payment methods. The payable amount, currency, and transaction details will be confirmed before payment. The cardholder is responsible for retaining transaction records and ensuring that payment details are correct.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, documents, and approvals. Orbit travel & tours will not be liable for delays, rejection, cancellation, penalties, or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information provided by the client.
Clients below the age of 18 should not make bookings, payments, or service requests without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Orbit travel & tours may decline, cancel, or restrict any service request that violates applicable laws, supplier rules, payment regulations, sanctions requirements, or internal compliance policies.
Any dispute, claim, or legal issue arising between the client and Orbit travel & tours shall be governed by and resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Qatar.
