Cancellation Policy

At Orbit travel & tours, cancellation requests are reviewed based on the type of service, supplier rules, and the terms confirmed at the time of booking or application.

Clients who wish to cancel a service or booking should contact us as early as possible. Cancellation charges may apply once a booking, application, reservation, or service process has started.

Certain fees and charges may be non-refundable, including visa application fees, embassy or government fees, airline penalties, hotel charges, insurance fees, supplier charges, administrative fees, and other costs already incurred.

Changes or modifications to bookings or service requests are subject to availability, fare rules, supplier policies, and applicable price differences. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change.

Orbit travel & tours may cancel or decline a service if the client provides incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information, fails to submit required documents, delays responses, or does not comply with the required process. In such cases, refunds may not be applicable.

If Orbit travel & tours is unable to provide a paid service due to a reason attributable to us, the client will be informed, and an eligible refund or alternative solution may be offered.
