Refund Policy

At Orbit travel & tours, refund requests are reviewed based on the type of service, supplier rules, and the terms confirmed at the time of booking or application.

Refunds may be considered if a paid service could not be processed due to an error from Orbit travel & tours, or if a refund is permitted by the relevant airline, hotel, embassy, insurance provider, tour operator, or third-party supplier.

Refunds may not be applicable if the client cancels after the service process has started, provides incorrect or incomplete information, delays required documents or responses, or if the service is rejected, delayed, cancelled, or changed by an embassy, airline, hotel, government authority, or third-party supplier.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. Processing timelines may vary depending on the bank, payment provider, card network, or supplier and may take 10 to 45 business days.

Applicable service fees, supplier charges, cancellation penalties, bank charges, government fees, or non-refundable costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Orbit travel & tours reserves the right to review and approve refund requests based on the applicable service terms and supplier policies.
